Dependable Life Solutions is looking for a licensed and experienced In-Home Insurance Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified prospects and guide them through the insurance sales process. If you’re confident presenting insurance solutions, building trust, and closing sales, this opportunity gives you the chance to put your experience to work in a client-focused environment.

About the Role

You’ll meet with pre-qualified prospects at scheduled appointments , allowing you to focus your time on meaningful conversations rather than cold prospecting.

During each consultation, you’ll learn about the client’s needs, explain appropriate insurance options, answer questions, and help them make an informed decision. You’ll manage the sales process from the initial consultation through the application and follow-up.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified prospects at scheduled in-home appointments
• Build rapport and establish trust with clients
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand insurance needs and goals
• Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits clearly
• Recommend solutions based on each client’s individual situation
• Answer questions and address objections professionally
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
• Follow up with prospects as needed
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable insurance guidelines

What You Bring

• Current Life and Health Insurance license — required
• Previous experience in insurance sales or a closing-focused sales role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence conducting face-to-face sales consultations
• Ability to build trust and rapport with a variety of clients
• Strong presentation and objection-handling skills
• Excellent organization and follow-up habits
• Ability to work independently and manage scheduled appointments
• Professional and customer-focused approach

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable personal vehicle for traveling to client appointments
• Mobile device with active cellular data
• Current Life and Health Insurance license

Compensation

This is a commission-based position , with earnings tied to individual sales performance.

Top-performing representatives may earn approximately $80,000–$160,000 annually . Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, sales volume, and other factors.
