Job Details Pay: $0-115/Hr Specialty: Pediatrics Location: Lubbuck, TX 79410 Schedule: SCHEDULE Coverage Type: Inpatient Schedule Type: Hospital and Call Call Type: Weeknight Beeper and 24 Hour Weekend Beeper Call Dates of Need: Would be open to a full time schedule, but also flexible to look at 3-4 days Shift Times: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am (provider will be inhouse if they are working the 7am-7pm shift, if they are working the night time shift 7pm-7am it is night beeper call so they will not be onsite but be required to be within 10 minutes of the hospital. If working both shifts on the weekday or weekend, it will be structured as regular hours (7a-7p) then night call from (7p-7a) Lunch N/A Provider Min Shifts Required: 3-4 shifts a week or more of full time coverage Guaranteed Hours per Day: 12 Hours Worked for OT to apply: 12 hours per day Duration: Ongoing Job : 26-00574 Additional Details: Lubbock, TX Pediatric Surgery NP IMPORTANT: Prefer clean files in order to get emergency credentials. If we can emergency credential they can start by August. Clean files must include a clean NPDB, clean malpractice (dismissed and dropped cases as well), and a clean background check. Providers MUST be willing to work nights and weekends ADDITIONAL DETAILS When they are on the call shift, they must arrive within 10 minutes from the hotel or there is a call room onsite they can stay in. Provider will not be seeing adults (max 16-17 year old patients) A teams interview will be conducted for each candidate.
