Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED - Emergency Department

• Manage emergency medical situations, including trauma and urgent care cases
• Perform assessments, diagnostics, and quick intervention
• Administer medications and emergency treatments accurately
• Document patient information using EPIC charting system
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures

Requirements of the RN - ED - Emergency Department

• Valid RN license with no hits
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC charting system experience preferred
• LEVEL I Trauma experience required
