Senior Program Delivery Analyst The Senior Program Delivery Analyst plays a pivotal role in strategically developing and implementing programs aimed at enhancing quality metrics through impactful relationships with providers, members, and market leadership. You will report directly to the Manager of Stars Improvement. In this position, you will: Design and execute innovative programs that foster value-based relationships. Collaborate with leadership on implementation strategies and planning. Analyze and communicate program results effectively. Provide actionable recommendations based on performance metrics and reports. Utilize strategic and analytical skills to support key organizational functions. Leverage clinical setting experience to promote provider-first strategies, influence member interventions, and discover new opportunities. Required Qualifications Reside in the Miami, FL area. Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Medicare Advantage Organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts), Word, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications Experience in campaign management. Registered Nurse credential. Familiarity with Microsoft Access. Knowledge of the CMS Stars Program. Experience in the healthcare or managed care environment. Strong analytical capabilities. Additional Information This is a hybrid position requiring regular travel to the office for meetings. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The estimated starting base pay for this full-time position is between $86,300 and $118,700 per year. Pay may vary based on individual qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on personal and company performance.
