Job Description Operates as Operations Manager providing day-to-day administrative responsibilities for clinic site of operation. Requires outstanding interpersonal and administrative skills. Assists the Director to recruit, hire qualified individuals, and assure training and orientation to provide competent, skilled practice operations. Charged with creating a culture that promotes outstanding patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and quality. May be requested to provide services ensuring uninterrupted flow of the clinic.
