Mortgage Operations Manager

Responsibilities Oversee a team of Mortgage Loan Processors and Underwriters. Manage the pipeline to ensure efficient workflow through processing, underwriting, closing, and post‑closing. Ensure compliance with company standards. Foster a collaborative work environment. Drive high levels of customer satisfaction through effective leadership and process oversight. Maintain effective communication between Account Managers, builders, and customers. Qualifications At least five (5) years of related Processing and Underwriting experience, preferably managing Mortgage Processors and/or Mortgage Underwriters. Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school preferred but not required.
