Machinist PositionSnelling Staffing of Canton Ohio is currently looking for 2 experienced Machinists for a steel mill in Canton, OH.2 shifts to pick from: second shift position 3 PM – 11 PM Mon – Fri Midnights Sun – Thur 11p-7aMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH MILL MACHINIST Pay Range is $23 – $25 Per HourDuties:Set up and operate milling machines to fabricate parts according to blueprints or specificationsMonitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as neededPerform routine maintenance on milling machines to ensure optimal performanceInspect finished parts for quality control and make any necessary adjustmentsUse precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions of finished partsCollaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processesFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaQualifications:Previous experience operating milling machines or similar equipmentProficient in using hand tools and measuring instrumentsStrong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructionsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsKnowledge of machining techniques and principlesAbility to work independently as well as part of a team
