Our client, an organization dedicated to advancing educational and professional development, is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to join their team. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be part of the Learning & Development department supporting training initiatives across various teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, collaboration, and strong organizational skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Learning Experience Designer Location: REMOTE Duration: 6 Months contract with possible extension Pay Range:$34/hr w2 What's the Job? Develop, design, publish, update, and maintain digital training materials and assets. Apply instructional design methodologies, including storyboarding, scripting, narrating, recording, and graphic design. Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives. Convert instructor-led training into engaging online courses, webinars, or self-guided modules. Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to support the delivery of live and digital training programs. What's Needed? Previous experience in instructional design and learning content development. Proficiency in LMS administration and user management. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
