Feeder/Catcher

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking a Feeder/Catcher to join their team. As a Feeder/Catcher, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly and packaging lines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Feeder/Catcher

Location: East Flat Rock, NC

Pay Range: 16.18- 19.18

Shift: Hours Per Shift: 8

What's the Job?

• Load, inspect, count, seal, and palletize finished goods for shipment

• Review machine schedules and prepare corrugated cases for production lines

• Follow instructions from line operators, leads, supervisors, or managers

• Operate manual pallet jacks safely and efficiently

• Perform quality inspections to ensure finished products meet customer standards

What's Needed?

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12-hour shifts)

• Basic reading and writing skills for instructions and documentation

• Experience or ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack

• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding print, cutting, and gluing quality

• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures
