MATERIAL PREP ARATION
Rotating shifts
5:00 am - 5:30 pm
$19.87 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Mixes various raw materials from resin mixes according to specific guidelines and standard operating instructions
- Selects, cuts, and organizes acrylic sheet stock utilizing daily production schedule and according to specific guidelines and standard operating instructions
- Operates PIV according to specific guidelines
- Distributes raw materials, supplies, or component parts to the appropriate production areas
- Maintains work area in a safe, clean, and organized condition
- Maintains accurate accountability of raw materials and production supplies
- Operates powered hand tools and specialized manufacturing equipment safely and according to standard operating instructions
- Use scanner to scan tickets and input to computer
- Performs all duties as assigned by supervision
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience operating a pallet jack is a must
- Must be able to read, interpret and apply specific work instructions to a high degree of accuracy and completeness
- Must possess good attention to detail and judgment when making operational decisions
- Effective at time management and prioritizing work requirements
- Coordinates individual activities with production needs according to a predetermined schedule and event timing
- Must be able to safely operate PIV.
- Must obtain driver’s license through driver training as required
- Ability to repetitively lift up to 50lbs
