Dental Assistant 2 - Nisonger Center Dental Assistant to provide advanced chairside procedures in four handed dental treatment in a dental program that serves children with and without developmental disabilities in the Nisonger Dental Program on Johnstown Road; performs chairside procedures; provides assistance to the dentist and dental students; provides indirect patient treatment; maintains inventory of supplies and materials; maintains equipment; performs general clerical and outreach tasks. Work Location 2879 Johnstown Road Columbus, OH 43219 Minimum Education Required Per Classified Civil Svc Specs HS Graduate or Equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. Dental X-Ray Machine Operator permit from the Ohio State Dental Board. 1 year of relevant experience preferred. Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
