Senior Procurement Analyst

Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr A leading multistrategy hedge fund is seeking a Senior Procurement Analyst to join their team at their location in Manhattan, New York. Position : Senior Procurement Analyst Work Model: please note this position will be fully on-site 5 days a week and they will not be considering remote/hybrid applicants. Summary : Seeking a high-energy, results-oriented individual to handle requisitioning, negotiating, and order placement. Responsibilities include analyzing user requests, soliciting vendor proposals, negotiating pricing, reviewing agreement terms, and preparing RFPs. The role involves working with internal stakeholders and vendors to drive cost and process improvements. Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement sourcing strategies for various categories (software, technology, facilities, HR, professional services, etc.). Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver value and minimize risk. Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation and relationship enhancement. Analyze data to identify cost savings and process efficiencies. Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and industry trends. Drive process improvements across the firm. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and 3+ years of indirect procurement experience. Experience in sourcing and procurement for both technology and non-technology categories. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a positive attitude. Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work well with all levels of staff and vendors. Experience with Oracle or Procure-to-Pay systems and Tableau.
