ABOUT US:
American Home Saver is a Home Mortgage Modification Company that has been in the business of helping homeowners achieve an affordable home ownership since 2005. Our experience in processing loan modifications has placed us in the top 1 % of modification companies in the nation with a 95 % success ratio. Our processing staff are experts in the guidelines for FNMA, FLMC, FHA, VA, and CONV modifications, including HAMP and HAUP. Job Description American Home Saver offers the opportunity to start a part‑time business while maintaining your full‑time job, or to transition to a full‑time career. As a Mortgage Modification Specialist (1099 Independent Contractor) you will meet homeowners who are delinquent on their mortgage, facing foreclosure (received NOD) or imminent default. Your responsibility is to fully explain how the American Home Saver- Texas Mortgage Assistance Program can help them save their home and get back on their feet. You will collect all documentation required to complete the Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP), including pay stubs, mortgage statements, bank statements, and W‑2. We will provide a minimum of 5 pre‑qualified leads per week, and you may also share our services with anyone who may need them. There are no territory restrictions. Qualifications We are seeking individuals with a background in Home Loan Preservation or Loss Mitigation, with at least one year of experience working in Home Preservation or Loss Mitigation with customer interaction. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, pass a criminal background check, have dependable transportation with proof of current liability insurance, and access to a computer and an active smart or Android cellular phone.
