Global Brand Marketing Associate – VIE Contract Location: United States of America, Morristown. Target Start Date: 01/11/2026. VIE Program Eligibility The iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. Because this program is primarily an international development program, applicants cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. Only applications submitted in English will be considered; applications in French will not be considered by non‑French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. About the Job As a Global Brand Marketing Associate VIE within our Marketing team, you will actively contribute to the global brand strategy for Tzield's launch, supporting country planning, deploying multichannel marketing campaigns, and coordinating digital and omnichannel initiatives across priority markets. Main Responsibilities Execute, in collaboration with the Global Brand team, the country planning preparation process following strategic frameworks designed with external partners. Participate in Global Brand Strategy development for Teplizumab launch. Monitor and facilitate workshops with global and country teams. Collaborate with external agencies, global and country marketing teams to deploy marketing campaigns and adapt them according to priority target populations. Collaborate with global omnichannel teams to ensure consistency of digital initiatives. Submit and track validation workflows for marketing tools in Veeva / Promomats systems. Actively contribute to the preparation of major congresses (ATTD, EASD, ISPAD). Deploy patient activation initiatives across markets. About You Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, ideally in a marketing or brand role. Experience in global/cross‑functional teams is a plus. Soft and Technical Skills: Strong digital acumen and proficiency with digital tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Familiarity with MLR systems (Veeva / Promomats) and processes is preferable. Familiarity with Generative AI and new ways of working is a plus. Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and pioneer new ways of working. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders in an international environment. Strong team player, with the ability to work transversally across functions. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in a complex environment. Education Required: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or Pharmacy. PharmD with a dual degree in business school is a plus. Languages Fluent English (verbal and written).
