As a Physical Therapist in this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients, helping them regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Your expertise will be crucial in assessing patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes.

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and set achievable goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• CA license and BLS required
• TB clearance done within the previous 12 months
