Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and DeliveryLocation: Conroe, TXNumber of Beds: 8 labor beds, 2 triage beds, 2 OR, and 1 recovery room bedNumber of Staff: 32Patient Ratios: 1:1 to 2:1Type of Equipment: GE Monitors, Panda Warmers, Novi, NeptuneEMR: CPN, MeditechWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in transition, postpartum, and newborn care. This role requires a team player who is motivated, independent, and flexible to meet the diverse needs of our patients and their families.Required Certifications:ACLSBLSNRPExperience: Previous experience in Labor and Delivery, including care of newly delivered mothers and their newborns.Preferred Skills: Charge experience is a plus.Typical Procedures:Laboring and vaginal deliveryC-SectionsCare for newly delivered mothers and their newbornsWork Schedule: The position requires working every other weekend.Dress Code: Royal Blue scrubs are required.
