Sr. Training Manager, Commercial Sales Excellence & Training

SCIEX, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Training Manager to design and deliver commercial sales training programs supporting global business growth. The role partners with commercial leadership and sales teams to build technical expertise and sales effectiveness across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial training strategies aligned with business objectives and capability needs
- Design and deliver engaging learning solutions including instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning content
- Partner with sales leadership to drive adoption of commercial excellence competencies and best practices
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, feedback, and business metrics
- Align training priorities across regional and global commercial leaders in Americas, EMEA, and APAC
Requirements
- Advanced degree in scientific discipline (MS, MA, PhD) or Master's in Education with adult learning focus
- 7+ years commercial experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or analytical instrumentation
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs
- Working knowledge of sales methodology, opportunity management, value selling, and Salesforce CRM
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across global functions
Compensation: $130,000-$142,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay
