Job Description\n Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Long Term Care for a travel nursing job in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Long Term Care\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/05/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n \n Department: LTC RN.\n *Certifications Required: BLS*.\n **Local Rate: Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility.\n - Type of Facility: Nursing Home attached to hospital.\n - # of Beds/Residents: 70, majority private.\n - EMR: ECS.\n - Ratios: RN's: 1:20.\n LPN's 1:20.\n CNA's1:8.\n - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Dementia, frail, elderly, rehabilitation. - Job Duties: Charting, assessments, charge duties, medications, clinical skills such as: IV's, caths, ostomy, etc.\n - Experience or 'Must have' skills: Elderly experience.\n - Are there IV's or titratable drips?: Yes.\n - Area there Tele monitors? If so do you have monitor techs on this unit? Do RN's read strips?: No.\n - Are RN's required to attend team conferences for acute inpatient rehab?: No.\n - DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor: Yes.\n - Physician availability after hours: Yes.\n - Interdisciplinary Team: Therapy, Administration, Social workers, Activities, Dietary, Housekeeping.\n - Is RT on-site 24/7: Yes.\n - Pharmacy on-site?
