At KBR, we are seeking an experienced Sr. Systems Engineer supporting the Tactical Aviation & Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office in Huntsville, AL. The Sr. Systems Engineer supports the (TAGM) Project Office by developing the system capabilities roadmap, system development plan, system integration, and validation / verification of the Javelin Light Weight Control Launch Unit (LWCLU) system. This role ensures accurate system performance assessments, supports weapon integration on aviation and ground platforms, and contributes to test planning, analysis, and lifecycle engineering decisions. If you are detail-oriented and excited to make your mark in a dynamic environment, apply now and let's create something remarkable together.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive technical documentation including system specifications, interface control documents, and design descriptionsManage requirements and ensure traceability across the system lifecycleCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate system requirementsSupport configuration management and change control processesAnalyze system capabilities and collective system of systems integration capabilitiesCoordinate with cross-functional teams including software, mechanical, and electrical engineering disciplinesSupport system integration activities and verification/validation effortsParticipate in technical reviews, design reviews, and program milestonesSupport lethality, survivability, and operational effectiveness studies.Collaborate with production, quality, test and systems engineering teams to ensure weapon capabilities meet end user requirements.Prepare technical reports, presentations, and briefings for leadership, stakeholders, and review boards.Basic Qualifications10+ years of related technical experienceBachelor's degree in engineering or computer scienceAbility to obtain and/or maintain a DoD secret clearancePreferred QualificationsStrong foundation in systems engineering, aerospace engineering, or related discipline.Experience with Javelin systems, Javelin CLU/LWCLU, guidance/navigation/control (GNC), or similar weapon systems preferred.Ability to analyze complex datasets and communicate technical findings clearly.Familiarity with DoD acquisition, test processes, and VV&A standards is a plus.Belong, Connect and Grow at KBRAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
