Encourage Resident Participation – Foster an inclusive environment where residents feel encouraged to participate and enjoy activities. Monitor & Document Progress – Track participation and individual resident responses to activities. Coordinate Special Events – Plan and facilitate special events, holiday celebrations, and group outings. Work with Families & Team – Communicate with families, nursing staff, and other team members to ensure activities align with residents' interests and abilities. Promote Resident Independence – Encourage residents to engage in activities that support their independence and enhance their well-being.Qualifications:Previous Experience in Activity Coordination or Life Enrichment (Preferred). Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills. Ability to Organize & Plan Activities. Creative & Compassionate Approach to improving the lives of residents. Ability to Work Effectively with a Team.
