Facilities Operations Manager

J&J Worldwide Services

CBRE is seeking a Custodial Manager to direct onsite cleaning operations and implement strategic direction for facilities maintenance across multiple locations. You will oversee building services, grounds, and equipment, ensuring compliance and high-quality operations.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills, with responsibility for supervision of a small team and coordination of preventive maintenance. A 5–7 year background in facility maintenance is preferred.
