We welcome both new applicants and those who previously applied!* We are hiring for the following schedules: Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm Monday - Friday, 3pm-11pm Monday - Friday, 11pm-7am Your Role in Our Mission Make a real difference by providing compassionate nursing care to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs in our Crisis Therapeutic Home. Administer medications, perform nursing assessments, and ensure each individual receives the highest standard of care. Educate and empower individuals regarding their physical and mental health. Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to create personalized care and treatment plans. Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining accurate documentation and following all clinical standards. Play an essential role in promoting stability, recovery, and hope for those we serve. Sign-on and retention bonus is paid out upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year! Generous paid time off and paid holidays. Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer. What We’re Looking For Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Registered Nurse in state of Virginia. Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred. Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred.
