• Take inbound and outbound calls from donors

• Enter donation and pledge details accurately
• Maintain professionalism and compliance standards
• Meet performance and attendance expectations

• This is a 1099 contractor role — not a traditional job
• Required certification before starting
• You manage your own schedule

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 6 months customer service experience (remote preferred)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Comfortable working across multiple systems
• Quiet, dedicated home office setup

Equipment Needed

• Windows 11 PC (minimum 8GB RAM)
  
• USB noise-canceling headset
• Wired high-speed internet
• Dual monitors recommended
• No Mac/Chromebook devices
  

Compensation & Flexibility

• $13–$15/hour (based on client program & performance)
