We believe successful remodeling projects begin with trust, clear communication, and strong relationships.As our Remodeling Sales Consultant, you'll become the trusted advisor homeowners rely on as they plan one of the biggest investments they'll make in their home. You'll guide clients through our design-build process, helping them understand their options, make informed decisions, and confidently move from the first conversation to a signed remodeling project.This is a consultative sales position focused on education and relationship building, not high-pressure sales tactics.What You'll DoAs the primary client relationship owner, you'll:Conduct Discovery and Priorities meetings with prospective homeowners.Learn each client's goals, lifestyle, budget, and remodeling vision.Qualify opportunities that align with the PK Builders design-build process.Educate homeowners on remodeling options, project timelines, budgets, and what to expect throughout the process.Present Design Agreements and Construction Contracts while confidently guiding clients through key decisions.Serve as the primary point of contact throughout design and construction.Coordinate closely with our design, estimating, and production teams to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and client expectations.Maintain accurate sales opportunities and client communications using HubSpot CRM, Buildertrend, and related software.Build relationships with homeowners, referral partners, and the local community to generate future business opportunities.Support project closeout activities by encouraging referrals, online reviews, and repeat business.What Success Looks LikeOur most successful Remodeling Sales Consultants:Build trusted relationships that create lifelong clients.Convert qualified opportunities into signed Design Agreements and construction contracts.Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial consultation through project completion.Generate referrals and repeat business through outstanding service and communication.QualificationsRequired3+ years of consultative sales, relationship-based sales, or client advisory experience.Experience in residential remodeling, design-build construction, custom homes, home services, architecture, interior design, or a related industry.Located in or near the Charlotte, NC area.Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through.Experience using CRM software, preferably HubSpot.Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar).Experience reviewing contracts and confidently discussing project details with homeowners.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.PreferredExperience with Buildertrend, JobTread, or similar construction management software.Basic understanding of residential construction methods.Ability to read and interpret residential construction plans.Experience with Sandler Sales or another consultative selling methodology.Training in Crucial Conversations or similar communication frameworks.Who You AreYou'll thrive at PK Builders if you:Naturally build trust and long-term relationships.Enjoy helping homeowners make informed decisions.Stay organized and consistently follow through on commitments.Are goal-oriented while always putting the client experience first.Lead with integrity, humility, and accountability.Adapt your communication style to meet each homeowner's unique needs.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary of $65,000 plus uncapped commission.Realistic first-year earning potential of $100,000+ for highly qualified candidates.Medical insurance with 50% employer-paid premium.401(k) with company matching.10 days of paid time off.7 paid holidays.Paid company shutdown between Christmas and New Year's.Consistent lead flow supported by a strong reputation and referral network.Collaborative, values-driven team environment.Long-term career growth with one of Charlotte's trusted design-build remodeling companies.Ready to Help Homeowners Build Their Dream Home?If you're passionate about consultative sales, enjoy building meaningful client relationships, and want to represent a company known for craftsmanship, integrity, and exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.Submit your resume along with a brief introduction telling us why you're interested in joining PK Builders and what makes you an excellent fit for this opportunity.
