RN Emergency Room

This is a 13-week contract position.

Job Description

The RN Emergency Room nurse plays a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients in the emergency department. This position may require floating to other departments as needed. Candidates must be adaptable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in the Emergency Room setting
• Perform assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitor and document patient progress and responses
• Educate patients and families on health outcomes and next steps

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license
• Basic and advanced life support certifications
• Completion of required training modules before onboarding
• Experience in an emergency room setting preferred
