POSITION TITLE: Housing TechnicianEXEMPTION STATUS: ExemptREPORTS TO: Supportive Housing Program ManagerPOSITION DESCRIPTION: Provides housing information and linkage services, including home visits to clients' homes as needed, through a permanent housing program to a diverse set of households that are impacted by chronic medical issues.
