Archeology Position Duties
At the full performance level (GS-11) the major duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performs or directs substantive, project-oriented work in the field of archeology.
- Makes significant contributions to the preparation of historic preservation documentation, compliance, and background materials for clearances, permits, licenses, compliance, plans, etc.
- Identifies, independently sorts, classifies, and analyzes archaeological artifacts
