Treasury Management Sales Assistant

The Treasury Management Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the Treasury Sales Team by managing client accounts and focusing on a consultative approach to expanding business relationships and identifying Treasury Management relationships. This includes preparing proposals, coordinating product implementation, and ensuring exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.

Monday thru Friday

8am-5pm / On Site Downtown Shreveport

No Remote Option / Only local candidates or candidates who indicate in an attached cover letter when they will relocate will be considered

A stable work history establishing experience with understanding federal and state bank regulations, understanding of Treasury Management, customer service, and sales is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1-3 years of banking working in a sales driven role; treasury management, commercial banking, or a CSR role
• Strong customer service skills proven with previous banking roles.
• Work history that shows an ability to learn and navigate treasury management systems, pricing tools, and banking software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Previous work history exhibiting understanding of banking regulations and operational procedures
• Previous work history exhibiting exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong follow-up and problem-resolution skills.
• Effective time management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prioritize completing deadlines.

SPECIFIC JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide administrative support to the Treasury Management Sales Officers.
• Prepare treasury management proposals, pricing analysis, presentations, and sales documentation.
• Assist Treasury Management Officers with prospecting and business development activities.
• Assist with retention efforts by identifying opportunities to expand treasury services.
• Process Treasury agreements and supporting documentation to Treasury Support.
• Track implementation milestones and communicate status updates to clients.
• Monitor implementation progress and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain ACH reviews on an annual basis.
• Partner with Treasury Support, Operations, BCS, Payment Services, and Relationship Managers to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Coordinate service requests, maintenance changes, and client training.
• Provide in-person and virtual (Microsoft Teams) client training as needed.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, and client account reviews.
• Maintain organized electronic client files.
• Schedule client meetings and maintain calendars for the sales team.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
