Wellsential Health is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support Rio Grande City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

In this purposeful position, you:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide direct patient care in a specialized nursing facility (SNF) setting, working under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers) Provide direct care according to individualized care plans Take and record vital signs accurately Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to nursing staff (RN/LVN) Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

Shift:

6:00 PM 6:00 AM (12-hour night shift)

Requirements:

Active CNA certification in Texas in good standing (TULIP registry) Completion of a state-approved CNA training program Experience in specialized nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred Ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Authorization to work in the United States
