Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,125 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 11/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Schedule Shift: Day, 3x12 hours (7:00 AM–7:30 PM) Contract: 13 weeks | Start: 3–4 weeks out Guaranteed hours: 36/week; 36 or 48 hours may be available Every other weekend; no call Float within service line; no block scheduling RTO: Maximum 7 days per contract Requirements 5 years of nursing experience required Travel experience required Level I and Level II trauma experience required BLS and ACLS required Epic charting experience required Must pass the Relias EKG exam Strong dysrhythmia interpretation and management skills Missouri or eligible compact license; pending license accepted No local candidates within 75 miles Responsibilities Provide care to trauma and acute surgical patients, including TBI, spinal cord injuries, orthopedic trauma, and falls. Monitor EKGs and manage dysrhythmias. Administer medications, IVs, and blood products. Manage chest tubes, surgical drains, wound vacs, and peripheral nerve block catheters. Provide respiratory support, including CPAP/BiPAP and high-flow nasal cannula. Perform wound care and maintain isolation precautions. Care for patients admitted from the ED, OR, and ICU.
