What You'll Do:

• Manage and administer chemotherapy and other complex medications to oncology patients
• Monitor patients receiving stem cell transplants, including autologous, allogeneic, and syngeneic transplants, as well as CAR-T therapy
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for charting and documentation
• Interpret telemetry data, dysrhythmias, and respond to Rapid Response Teams as needed
• Provide patient education on procedures like peripheral and central line management, feeding tubes, and medication administration
• Ensure sterile technique during dressing changes and blood draws
• Support patients through complex treatments in mixed acuity PCU and medical-surgical units

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Ohio or relevant state
• Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient hematology/oncology experience with MS and telemetry
• Chemotherapy certification required; ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records and telemetry monitoring
• Strong clinical skills in line management, blood product administration, and patient care specific to oncology units
