What You'll Do:
- Manage and administer chemotherapy and other complex medications to oncology patients
- Monitor patients receiving stem cell transplants, including autologous, allogeneic, and syngeneic transplants, as well as CAR-T therapy
- Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for charting and documentation
- Interpret telemetry data, dysrhythmias, and respond to Rapid Response Teams as needed
- Provide patient education on procedures like peripheral and central line management, feeding tubes, and medication administration
- Ensure sterile technique during dressing changes and blood draws
- Support patients through complex treatments in mixed acuity PCU and medical-surgical units
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Ohio or relevant state
- Minimum 1 year of recent inpatient hematology/oncology experience with MS and telemetry
- Chemotherapy certification required; ONS Chemotherapy Certification preferred
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records and telemetry monitoring
- Strong clinical skills in line management, blood product administration, and patient care specific to oncology units
