We're seeking a Senior Consultant - Business Analyst in our Process and Business Analysis Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

SUMMARY North Highland is seeking to hire a Senior Consultant - Business Analyst. This position assumes responsibility for all aspects of Process and Business Analysis, while working within our Process and Business Analysis framework to deliver amazing outcomes for our clients.

YOU WILL:

• Use knowledge of business analysis and process as well as effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams with small teams.
• Manage own activities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes.
• Focus on quality completion of deliverables.
• Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team.
• Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients.
• Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build credibility, foster your support network and empower career development.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

• 4+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
• Expertise in analyzing and documenting business processes, gathering and validating requirements, and creating detailed specifications to guide technical teams.
• Life Science/Pharma experience preferred;
• Experience facilitating stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience performing data analysis.
• Experience developing business cases to justify solutions and supporting testing and change management to ensure successful adoption.
• Solid experience with Pre-release Testing, including User Acceptance Testing
• Ideally prior experience delivering on business analysis projects within the life sciences sector.
• An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
• A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives, and the community at large.
• Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university. A master's degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
• The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.
