Restaurant Director of Operations - Full Time FTK Richmond | Norfolk, VA Join our dynamic and vibrant team at FTK Richmond, a large-format dining, bar, and live entertainment destination in Norfolk, VA. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Operations to lead and oversee operations across our three distinct brands. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment while ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day and long-term operations for several brands in your area. Own P&L performance, labor management, and cost controls across all locations. Lead, develop, and hold accountable General Managers and management teams at each brand/venue. Drive guest experience, brand standards, and quality consistency across brands. Manage vendor, entertainment, and programming relationships tied to live events and nightlife business. Partner with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and growth initiatives across both markets. Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and regulatory requirements. Requirements Proven multi-unit or multi-brand operations leadership experience, ideally across bar, restaurant, and live entertainment concepts. Strong P&L management and financial acumen across a portfolio of venues. Experience in live entertainment, nightlife, or sports-anchored hospitality environments strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop General Managers across multiple brands and locations. Comfortable managing across two markets and traveling regularly between them.
