Stretch Zone is hiring energetic, dependable fitness professionals to provide one-on-one assisted-stretch sessions for our members. Previous assisted-stretching experience is not required. We provide paid training and certification in the Stretch Zone method. This is a fixed, 40-hour-per-week position with consistent scheduling, additional compensation for every completed stretch session, weekend differential pay, commission opportunities, and client tips. Compensation Expected total earnings: $18-$24+ per hour, with tips paid in addition. $16-per-hour guaranteed base pay An additional $2 for every completed 30-minute stretch session An additional $2 per hour for weekend shifts Commission opportunities Client tips paid in addition to hourly compensation Paid training and Stretch Zone certification Schedule This is a full-time position with a fixed, 40-hour-per-week schedule. Available schedules include Morning schedule: 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Evening schedule: 11:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. Availability to work at least one weekend day is strongly preferred Your schedule will remain consistent, giving you dependable hours and the ability to plan your life around work. You will receive Paid specialized training and certification Additional pay for every completed stretch session Weekend differential pay Commission and tip opportunities An existing member base with scheduled appointments No requirement to independently find personal-training clients Continuing education and ongoing coaching Opportunities to advance into lead practitioner, assistant manager, and studio manager positions A supportive, energetic, and team-focused environment What You'll Do Guide members through customized one-on-one assisted-stretch sessions Follow Stretch Zone protocols, techniques, and training standards Learn each member's goals and select appropriate stretching routines Provide a welcoming, professional, and high-quality member experience Build strong relationships that encourage member engagement and retention Maintain clean, organized, and professional stretching areas Follow up with current members and prospective clients by phone or text when not conducting sessions Support the studio team with daily operations, customer service, and member engagement Who We're Looking For This role may be a strong fit for candidates with education, experience, or a strong interest in: Personal training Fitness coaching Exercise science Kinesiology Physical education Athletic coaching Physical therapy or chiropractic support Yoga, mobility, or recovery Competitive athletics Health, fitness, or wellness Related education or experience is preferred, but previous assisted-stretching experience is not required.
