Operations Manager

Zoi Mediterranean Cuisine | Upper East Side, New York

Zoi Mediterranean Cuisine is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Upper East Side location.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while building a strong and successful team.

• Oversee all daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

• Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and support teams.

• Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and service.

• Manage staff scheduling, labor costs, and operational efficiency.

• Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and create memorable dining experiences.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

• Work closely with ownership and management to improve performance and achieve business goals.

• Minimum 6-7years of restaurant management experience .

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

• Experience with restaurant POS systems.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
