Responsibilities Provide comprehensive delivery of personal care services to residents on a day‑to‑day basis following required regulatory requirements. Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity and provide quality care as their healthcare needs change. Coordinate, train, and supervise resident care staff in accordance with residents’ needs, state regulations, and company policies and procedures. Oversee the entire wellness department, including assistants, case managers, HHAs, Med Techs, and LPNS, and remain on call to the community 24/7. Conduct assessments, monitor staffing needs, oversee medication administration, and develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) for a 72‑bed community (22 Assisted Living residents, 50 Memory Care residents). Qualifications Must be an RN in good standing and meet all State health requirements. Experience of 3+ years in Assisted Living and/or Long‑term care. Knowledge of state and local rules, regulations, laws, and ordinances relating to licensed senior housing. Previous supervisory and/or management experience in a related healthcare setting. Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly. Effective communication with residents, families, staff, community, State officials, and the general public. Exceptional organizational skills and ability to reprioritize daily tasks to accommodate fluctuating needs. Ability to develop systems and training for monitoring resident health conditions and ensuring efficient and safe delivery of resident care. Ability to supervise department employees using independent judgment and discretion. Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks.
