Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient conditions to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation needs.
• Implement therapeutic interventions, which may include manual therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and neuromuscular re-education, to facilitate patient recovery.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure alignment with recovery goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care, discussing treatment strategies and patient outcomes regularly.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to an attractive salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K plan with a 4% employer match, and three weeks of paid time off plus six paid holidays each year.
