We strive daily to fulfill customer promises and build strong relationships rooted in quality, innovation, and integrity.Summary of Position:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finishing Associate to join our fast-paced digital print production team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain finishing equipment, including a cutter, laminator, die cutter, and UV coater. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that all printed materials are finished to the highest standards and delivered on time. The Finishing Associate reports to the Production Manager and works Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm. The hours may vary based on order volume. Overtime may be mandatory during peak seasons.Duties and Responsibilities:Operate finishing equipment including:Paper cutter for precise trimmingLaminator for applying protective finishesDie cutter for custom shapes and cutsUV coater for gloss and matte finishesReview job tickets and specifications to ensure correct finishing proceduresInspect finished products for quality, consistency, and accuracyPerform regular maintenance and cleaning of finishing equipmentTroubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major malfunctionsMaintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standardsCollaborate with production and design teams to ensure seamless workflowAssist in preparing, packing, and labeling ordersQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent1+ year of experience in a print production or manufacturing environment preferredFamiliarity with finishing equipment and processes a plus (training available)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to read and interpret job specifications and measurementsStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesReliable, team-oriented, and able to work independentlyPhysical RequirementsPhysically able to stand, squat, lift, and operate machinery for extended periods.Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and/or performing repetitive tasks.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
