Proof of the Pudding serves professional and collegiate sports venues, convention centers, cultural institutions, and large-scale destination events across the United States and Internationally.We are seeking cashiers and servers for our Event Center located in Allen, Texas to assist with the operations for Credit Union of Texas Event Center.DutiesGreet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systemsProcess cash and card transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in cash register operations and retail sales transactions.Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales.Prepare simple food items as needed, following food safety management and sanitation standards to ensure quality and safety.Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food handling areas, kitchen equipment, and dining spaces.Manage customer orders with professionalism, ensuring timely service and addressing any special requests or concerns promptly.RequirementsPrevious experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately while processing payments swiftly.Familiarity with food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction.Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
