Job Title : Senior UX/Product Designer - Enterprise SaaS & Digital Applications
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 7 - 15 Years
Location : San Jose, California
Responsibilities:
- 7+ years of product design, UX design, or equivalent experience designing complex digital products.
- A portfolio that shows strong systems thinking, interaction design, product judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS, collaboration tools, communications platforms, admin tooling, or complex digital ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of modern product design methodologies and user-centered design.
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience creating and working with design systems and reusable UI components.
- Practical knowledge of accessibility, WCAG, and inclusive design principles.
- Experience designing large-scale B2B or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience with complex workflows, administration experiences, permissions, configuration, dashboards, or collaboration features.
- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks is a plus.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, interaction models, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Contribute to and evolve design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and design standards.
- Identify usability gaps, product opportunities, and workflow improvements before solutions are fully defined.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout discovery, definition, development, and launch.
- Use prototypes and design explorations to communicate concepts, validate ideas, and align stakeholders.
- Balance user experience, business priorities, technical feasibility, accessibility, and product strategy.
