IT Support SpecialistThe IT Support Specialist to provide on-site technical assistance for the King Of Prussia office. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for hardware, software, and network support, ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. You will work closely with employees, IT teams, and vendors to troubleshoot issues, implement system updates, and maintain IT infrastructure. This role requires problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to collaborate with other IT departments to support the location.Essential Functions:Service OperationsProvide tier II technical support, diagnosing and resolving issues for computers, mobile devices, printers, and hardware specific to the King Of Prussia environmentServe as the primary on-site IT support for all high priority or "white glove" issues involving Globus ExecutivesHelp maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets, including computers, peripherals, software licenses, and network equipment. Coordinate with the IT Asset management team regarding hardware purchases, warranty claims, and replacementsCyber SecuritySupport IT Cybersecurity policies including end user training, password management, MFA, and endpoint securityEnsure compliance with corporate IT standards and assist with security audits and incidentsTechnical OperationsCollaborate with the technical operations team and assist with infrastructure related issues involving servers, network, and back office IT servicesBusiness Systems & SupportUnderstand the business systems that the King Of Prussia relies uponServe as Tier 1 support to ensure that business system issues are well documented and routed to the correct support groupQualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferredTechnical Skills: Windows Environment running Windows 11, Windows 10. Experience with MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), Adobe Acrobat, and Anti-Virus / Anti-Spyware softwareCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
