Apex Mechanical is looking for a motivated Residential HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team in Sedalia, MO. With 60+ years of combined experience , Apex has built a reputation for doing the job right the first time. We provide the vehicles, technology, training, benefits, and support you need to succeed.

This is a great opportunity for a proven salesperson who enjoys meeting with homeowners, identifying their needs, and recommending the right heating and cooling solutions . Your income is directly tied to your performance, with uncapped commission and $75K+ earning potential .

Previous HVAC experience is not required. We will provide training for the right sales professional.

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand their comfort needs and discuss HVAC solutions
• Present options for residential heating, cooling, replacement, and related home comfort needs
• Manage company-provided HVAC leads from the initial consultation through the close
• Generate additional opportunities through outbound calling, follow-up, and local prospecting
• Build lasting customer relationships and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Work toward established sales and revenue goals
• Develop opportunities with commercial and industrial customers as you grow with Apex

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience with a track record of success
• Comfortable conducting face-to-face sales presentations in customers' homes
• Confident asking for the sale and handling objections
• Self-motivated and willing to prospect rather than rely solely on inbound leads
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Residential sales, home-services sales, or HVAC sales experience is a plus
• HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Compensation : Base plus commission, with on-target earnings of $75,000 - 100,000 yearly

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM , with some evenings and Saturdays based on customer needs.
