Front Desk Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our chiropractic office in Bedford, TX. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in patients promptly and professionally. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area. Verify patient information and insurance details accurately. Assist with patient intake forms and maintain electronic health records. Coordinate communication between patients, chiropractors, and other staff members. Handle billing inquiries and process payments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Qualifications: Previous experience as a front desk assistant or receptionist, preferably in a chiropractic or medical office. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with scheduling software and electronic health records is a plus. Spanish speaking skills preferred to better assist our diverse patient base. Professional and friendly demeanor with a patient-focused attitude.
