This position oversees key accounting functions, manages a small team, and plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s financial health and operational success.What You’ll DoOversee and support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and billing functions.Lead month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.Assist with multiple annual audits and compliance requirements.Manage bank reconciliations, cash receipts, collections, and related accounting processes.Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting team.Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.Partner with leadership on financial planning, reporting, and strategic initiatives.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of progressive accounting experience.Strong understanding of general accounting, financial reporting, AP, AR, reconciliations, and month-end close activities.Experience supervising or leading accounting staff.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
