We are looking for a dependable Inventory Clerk to support warehouse and inventory operations in Dublin, Virginia. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accurate recordkeeping, organized material handling, and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. The person in this role will help manage incoming and outgoing goods, keep inventory properly tracked, and work closely with the team to meet daily operational needs. Please NOTE: this position runs M-F in a second shift, from 3:30pm - 12:30am with an hour lunch and a 15 minute break. You MUST be available for this schedule in order to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials, check shipments for accuracy and condition, and record inventory details in a timely manner.

• Place stock in assigned warehouse locations and keep items clearly identified for efficient storage and retrieval.

• Prepare customer and internal orders by selecting, packing, and staging materials with close attention to accuracy.

• Support inventory control activities by assisting with routine counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy research.

• Maintain up-to-date shipping, receiving, and inventory records to help ensure reliable warehouse documentation.

• Inspect products for proper labeling, quality, and storage compliance, and report damaged goods or operational issues.

• Keep the warehouse orderly and hazard-free by completing regular housekeeping tasks and following safety standards.

• Work with team members and partner departments to meet shipping schedules, service expectations, and operational goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to speak, read, and understand English for work instructions, labels, forms, and safety signage.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.

• Comfortable using a scale and completing basic inventory-related measurements or documentation.

• Ability to count inventory accurately and maintain precise records.

• Experience working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.

• Strong attention to detail and effective verbal and written communication skills.
