Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients, including premature infants, in a high-acuity unit environment
• Monitor and assess the condition of neonatal patients, responding promptly to changes in patient status
• Collaborate with a large multidisciplinary team of physicians and clinical staff to coordinate patient care
• Adhere to unit protocols and safety standards within a 63-bed NICU with an average daily census of 50

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required prior to start
• Current BLS certification required prior to start
• Must reside a minimum of 100 miles from the facility
• Must submit a valid, active driver's license with submission packet

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RNC (Registered Nurse Certified) certification in a neonatal specialty
• Prior experience caring for premature infants in a Level 2 Trauma NICU setting
