Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, formulating precise clinical diagnoses and creating individualized treatment plans based on assessed needs. \n
- Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored specifically to each client’s unique goals and circumstances; for example, employing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques for anxiety disorders or utilizing solution-focused techniques for family conflicts. \n
- Provide crisis intervention support, swiftly addressing acute mental health emergencies and offering immediate strategies to stabilize clients during critical situations. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment documentation, progress notes, and assessment findings in compliance with ethical and legal standards. \n
- Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive and integrated care. \n
- Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, effective treatment options, and available community resources, while serving as an advocate for their rights and needs during the therapeutic process. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy through workshops and training sessions. \n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
