What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations
• Proficiently perform IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond efficiently to emergent situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Document care accurately via EPIC electronic health record system
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and safety standards

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and relevant certifications (BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS)
• At least 2 years of ER experience with proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring
• Must have 1 year of travel experience in a similar setting
• Ability to work night shift and float as required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
