Job Title: Data Analyst
Location: Strongsville,OH Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: : Fulltime

Salary Range - $100,000-$110,000 a year

Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Basic programming knowledge (Python or R)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of statistics and data analysis techniques.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources
• nalyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements
• Perform data modeling and statistical analysis
• Use tools like SQL, Excel, and Python/R for analysis
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
• Present findings through charts, graphs, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, operations)
• Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations
