Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Property and Casualty License a bonus

Please note: Though each position has a unique focus, sales plays a major role in every position Compensation: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
